Therapistreet is jointly owned by Abtahi Counselling Ltd and Computerized AI Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, legal bases, sharing, retention, and your rights.

Scope

This policy applies to the public website, the wishlist/early-access form, and email contact. It does not cover external sites or services we link to (including Google services used for data capture).

Data We Collect

  • Contact details: name and email when you join the wishlist/early access.
  • Communications: messages you send to hello@therapistreet.com.
  • Usage analytics: page views, device info and performance metrics via privacy-friendly, cookieless @vercel/analytics.
  • Preferences: theme setting (light/dark) stored in localStorage.
  • UI state: popup dismissal flag (therapistreet_popup_seen) stored in sessionStorage.

How We Use Data

  • Operate and improve the website and measure performance.
  • Manage the wishlist/early-access cohort and send relevant updates.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce rights.

Legal Bases (GDPR)

  • Contract/steps prior to contract: responding to requests and cohort enrollment.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and improving the site.
  • Consent: sending optional updates and marketing (withdraw anytime).

Sharing and Processors

  • Hosting/analytics: Vercel (United States and global edge network).
  • Data capture: Google Apps Script receives wishlist name/email and may store it in Google services under our control.
  • Email delivery: your email client/provider for mailto interactions.

We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We rely on recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) offered by our service providers where applicable.

Retention

  • Wishlist/early-access: retained while active and for reasonable follow-up; deleted upon request.

  • Analytics: aggregated/non-identifying; not used to track individuals.
  • Local/session storage: stored on your device; you can clear browser storage at any time.

Children’s Privacy
